Alkhemy’s coaches have years of experience supporting and leading the delivery of both campaigns and projects for organisations representing students. We can work with your staff and officers delivering 121 or group coaching to help deliver your organisation’s priorities.
How does it work?
Alkhemy will meet with your officers, reps and/or staff for 1 or 2 hours per month to offer a reflective space and support for project and campaign delivery. Your organisation then pays per hour, so you only pay for what you use.
Who is it for?
This programme can be for any role in an SU that is trying to create change, either through a project or a campaign. This can be for officers, staff members, groups of students or reps.
