Students deserve better. So do the people who support and engage them.
The sector is full of talented, committed people who care deeply about the students they serve. Too many of them are overstretched, asked to deliver more than any team reasonably can. When that happens, something gives. Usually it is the quality of what students experience.
We think that is worth fixing.
Alkhemy works with students’ unions, HE providers, and charities to build the kind of specialist capacity that makes a real difference, to the staff who deliver it and to the students at the end of it.
