With nearly 20 years of leadership experience in student-focused and charitable organisations, Ollie provides high-impact interim leadership through periods of change, transition, or capacity gaps. He is available for senior and middle management posts, onsite, hybrid, or remote, and is known for becoming an embedded, trusted part of an organisation quickly, whatever the working pattern. Amy is one of the most experienced independent student advice practitioners in the sector, having built advice services from scratch on four separate occasions. With over 10 years across student support, wellbeing, advice, and organisational development, she leads Alkhemy’s national Advice Support Programme and is available for interim management, embedded advice delivery, service design, and casework supervision. She combines frontline operational expertise with strategic leadership and a relationship-led approach.
